LAKKI MARWAT: A road blockade and ongoing protest allegedly organised by a self-proclaimed Police Aman Committee in Sarai Naurang have disrupted routine life, leaving residents, commuters and traders facing serious difficulties.
The prolonged closure of the road has created problems for people travelling through the area, while traders in Sarai Naurang Bazaar say their business activities have also been badly affected. The disruption has reportedly made it difficult for customers, transporters and local residents to move freely.
Local traders expressed concern over the continued road closure, saying that uncertainty and restricted movement were causing financial losses. They called for immediate steps to restore normal traffic and allow businesses to operate without disruption.
Residents also criticised what they described as the absence of effective administrative intervention. According to locals, the situation has resulted in traffic congestion and difficulties for ordinary citizens who depend on the route for their daily commute.
