Gold Prices Rise Further in Pakistan, Latest Rates Released

ISLAMABAD: Gold prices in Pakistan continued their upward trend, with the price of 24-karat gold increasing by Rs5,200 per tola in the latest update.

According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the latest gold rates are:

  • 24-Karat Gold (1 Tola): Rs477,136 — up Rs5,200
  • 24-Karat Gold (10 Grams): Rs409,067 — up Rs4,458
  • 22-Karat Gold (10 Grams): Rs374,991

In the international market, spot gold was trading around $4,565 per ounce, supported by movements in the US dollar and changing global economic conditions.

Gold prices in Pakistan continue to be influenced by international bullion rates, currency fluctuations and developments in the global economy.

The latest increase comes after gold prices recorded another significant rise in the previous trading session, keeping the precious metal near record-high levels in the local market.

The continued rise is likely to affect jewellery prices and demand across the country, particularly as consumers and investors closely monitor the bullion market.
