Pakistani Martial Artist Irfan Mehsood Sets World Record in Punches

Performs 38 full-extension punches in one minute while carrying 10kg, earning a Guinness World Record

Peshawar: Pakistani martial artist Irfan Mehsood has achieved another remarkable milestone by setting a Guinness World Record in the punches category.

Irfan Mehsood performed 38 full-extension punches in one minute while carrying a 10-kilogram weight, setting a new world record. Guinness World Records had set a target of 30 punches for the challenge, but the Pakistani martial artist surpassed the target by a significant margin.

Speaking about his achievement, Irfan Mehsood said he has already established numerous world records at the international level in the push-ups category. According to him, he has set several Guinness World Records while performing with different weights, including 100, 80, 60 and 40 pounds.

Irfan Mehsood further stated that he has also broken world records from around 20 countries, including the United States, India and Germany. His continued achievements are being regarded as a significant honour for Pakistan and its martial arts community.

His consistent success in setting new world records reflects years of hard work, physical fitness and rigorous training. His latest achievement in the punches category has once again brought him into the international spotlight.
